Climbing plant, originating in India.
We can eat leaves, young sprouts and flowers. We use it fres in salads, cooked in stews, like a spinach or we can fry the leaves. The taste is quite refreshing.
It is sensitive to cold, therefore we sow it outdoors after the danger of saline.
