Fast growing vegetable with high yield. It forms solid rosettes with jagged and narrow leaves. It is highly resistant to cold, therefore it is suitable for indoor and outdoor cultivation. 

Asian vegetables (brassica) is sown and cut as a salad that is cut. It can also make rosettes. The plants are resistant to cold, therefore they are sown in late summer or autumn and harvested throughout the winter. It is suitable for cultivation in greenhouses or outside.

They can be used fresh in salads or sandwiches, or they can be cooked like spinach. The taste is similar to Chinese cabbage.
